PrimeReach Consulting introduces training programme for client teams

The programme is designed to leave client staff able to operate and extend new systems themselves, rather than reliant on the consultancy after go-live.

PrimeReach Consulting has introduced a formal training programme for client teams, built to run alongside its AI and technology delivery engagements rather than as an afterthought once a project closes.

The firm says the programme was prompted by a pattern it saw across past engagements: clients who received well-built systems but no structured way to build internal capability to run and evolve them, leaving them dependent on external consultants for changes that should have been routine.

What the programme covers

The training spans technical handover, such as how a new data pipeline or AI model was built and how to maintain it, and operational handover, covering how governance, monitoring and escalation should work once PrimeReach Consulting's team steps back. Sessions are run with the client's own staff, not generic cohorts, and are sequenced against project milestones rather than delivered in a single workshop at the end.

PrimeReach Consulting says the approach is deliberately unglamorous: less about certificates and more about making sure a client's own engineers and analysts can answer questions about a system without picking up the phone.

Why it matters now

As AI implementation work has accelerated across the firm's client base, so has a specific complaint from clients: internal teams that inherit AI systems they were not closely involved in building, and struggle to trust or maintain them. PrimeReach Consulting frames the training programme as a direct response to that gap, and says it will be built into future AI and technology engagements as standard rather than sold as an add-on.

Whether the programme becomes a genuine differentiator will depend on execution rather than intent; consultancies have promised knowledge transfer for decades. PrimeReach Consulting's bet is that treating it as a structured, staffed workstream, rather than a slide in a closing deck, will make it stick.
